Jack Lavin, the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce President & CEO, today was announced as a member of Governor-Elect J.B. Pritzker’s Restoring Illinois’ Infrastructure Committee. The Governor-elect’s full announcement can be viewed here.

Infrastructure, mass transit, and mobility have been a primary policy focus of the Chicagoland Chamber under Lavin’s leadership. Attracting talent fuels businesses and our economy, and requires mobility. Mobility means opportunity for individuals, businesses and communities.

Serving on this committee will provide the Chamber, its members, and the broader business community a voice on critical issues, especially as the Governor-elect looks to pass an infrastructure/capital bill. As Chief of Staff, Lavin led the passage of the last, and the largest, capital bill in Illinois history.
