The Chicagoland Chamber submitted testimony against two proposals at the City Council that would open up every business with a website and/or app to frivolous litigation. Honest mistakes would become litigation. While the proposed ordinances would impact nearly every business and industry, it is a direct threat against Chicago’s global leading tech industry.
