The Exchange | Culinary Showcase
The Exchange hosts hundreds attendees and exhibitors: creating a unique opportunity for gaining exposure, creating connections, and showcasing your culinary creations at no cost. As a culinary partner you will receive the following:
- Logo listed on select promotional materials.
- 1-3 six-foot tables with linen and 2 chairs.
- Exclusive access to the event for 2 exhibitors and 4 guests.
- Access to electricity.
What is required of Showcase participants:
- Provide a “tasting” or sample size portion of a signature menu item from your business during the event that would serve a minimum of 500 people, or more if able.
- A licensed wholesaler or supplier may bring in their own product to be sampled on site on a licensed premises. A restaurant cannot serve alcohol as they are not the wholesaler or supplier of that alcoholic product. A brewery or a brand can sample their own product.
- Have staff at the showcase serving food from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. to promote your business and engage in networking with attendees.
- Any product brought in for the event must be removed at the end of the event.
Food Handler’s Certification | Food License – Required field
- All culinary vendors (food and beverage) must provide a Food Handler’s Certification as required by Soldier Field.
- Please upload a copy of the Food Handler’s Certification (Food License) to the Culinary Commitment Form by Wednesday, April 1.
- Attendance and participation I the Culinary Showcase WILL NOT be permitted without a copy of a Food Handler’s Certification on file.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) – Required field
- All Culinary vendors (food and beverage) must provide confirmation of an up-to-date general liability and worker’s compensation coverage. The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, 410 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611 must be listed as an additional insured entity for this event.
- The certificate of insurance must be uploaded to the Culinary Commitment Form by Wednesday, April 1.
- Attendance and participation WILL NOT be permitted without a copy of COI on file.
- The certificate of insurance must be provided to Levy (7) business days prior to the event.
- Provide confirmation of up to date general liability and worker’s compensation coverage. The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, 410 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611 AND Levy at Soldier Field, 1410 Special Olympic Drive, Chicago, IL 60605 must be listed as an additional insured entities for this event.
- Instructions: On your COI, under the “DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS / LOCATIONS / VEHICLES (ACORD 101, Additional Remarks Schedule, may be attached if more space is required)” section, please ensure the below are both added as additional insured.

Culinary vendor proper name
Culinary vendor mailing address
Indemnity Release Form – Required field
- All Culinary vendors (food and beverage) must sign and return a signed copy of the Indemnity Release Form.
- A copy of the signed Indemnity Release Form must be uploaded to the Culinary Commitment Form by Wednesday, April 1.
- Attendance and participation I the Culinary Showcase WILL NOT be permitted without a copy of the Indemnity Release Form on file.

Soldier Field Alcohol Procedures
- A licensed wholesaler or supplier may bring in their own product to be sampled on site on a licensed premises.
- A specialty liquor license will need to be uploaded to the Culinary Commitment Form by Wednesday, April 1 if you plan on serving alcohol.
- The samples are limited to spirits ¼ oz; wine 1 oz; and beer 2 oz.
- A Levy bartender must supervise to ensure the above are followed regardless of the license or specialty liquor license vendor has.
- Please note a fee will apply for all Levy bartending services. The cost will be $250.00 per bartender for (6) hours.
- Payment for Levy bartender services will be the responsibility of the Culinary vendor and payment will need to be remitted to [email protected] by Wednesday, April 1.
Additional Information
- All Culinary vendors must provide their own serve wares, disposable flatware, serving pieces, cups, cocktail napkins, etc. No supplies for samples will be provided by Levy.
- Please note that prepping and warming (electric burner) all food onsite is permitted, however, the use of propane or an open flame is not permitted in Soldier Field.
- No refrigeration or heating elements will be provided.
- Ice provided by Levy could incur an additional charge.
- If you require a second 6’ table for a prep table, please confirm by Wednesday, April 1.
- Linen rental deadline is Wednesday, April 1.
