The Exchange | Culinary Showcase

The Exchange hosts hundreds attendees and exhibitors: creating a unique opportunity for gaining exposure, creating connections, and showcasing your culinary creations at no cost. As a culinary partner you will receive the following:

• Logo listed on select promotional materials.
• 1-3 six-foot tables with linen and 2 chairs.
• Exclusive access to the event for 2 exhibitors and 4 guests.
• Access to electricity.

What is required of Showcase participants:

• A “tasting” or sample size portion of a signature menu item from your business during the event that would serve a minimum of 400 people, or more if able.
• Have staff at the showcase serving food from 5 to 7:30 p.m. to promote your business and engage in networking with attendees.

Provide confirmation of up to date general liability and worker’s compensation coverage. The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, 410 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611 must be listed as an additional insured entity for this event. The certificate of insurance must be uploaded to the Chamber website by Tuesday, April 2 in order to participate in the Showcase.

Other notes:

• Please note that prepping and warming (electric burner) all food onsite is permitted, however, the use of propane or an open flame is not permitted in Soldier Field.
• No refrigeration or heating elements will be provided.
• If you require a second 6’ table for a prep table, please confirm by Tuesday, April 2.
• Alcohol procedures:
  • All vendors pouring an alcoholic beverage must provide a Specialty Liquor License that allows you to pour and serve alcohol on your behalf.  Please note that a specialty liquor license must be sent to Events@chicagolandchamber.org by Tuesday, April 2.
  • If you do not have a specialty liquor license, an Aramark Catering bartender will be required serve and pour all alcohol as they hold the liquor license for Solider Field.  Please note a fee will apply for all Aramark Catering bartending services.  The cost will be $225.00 per bartender for (4) hours.  Please note that you will be responsible for this cost if a specialty liquor license is not provided.
  • If you plan on getting a liquor license or utilize Aramark Catering, please confirm so our records are reflected accordingly by Tuesday, April 2.
  • (1) oz. sample sizes are approved to be poured if alcoholic beverages, (2) oz. samples are approved to be poured if non-alcoholic beverages.
