With a background of over 22 years in the NFL, Warren has held various executive roles in sports, including COO of the Minnesota Vikings and Commissioner of the NCAA’s Big Ten Conference.
As the first Black President and CEO in the Chicago Bears’ history, Warren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. He was named to his current role on January 12, 2023, and assumed responsibility for overseeing both football and business operations, including spearheading the team’s stadium development efforts.
Warren’s career highlights include significant contributions to the Big Ten Conference, where he orchestrated expansions, negotiated lucrative media rights deals, and championed initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. His visionary leadership and dedication to driving positive change have earned him accolades and recognition across the sports community.
Prior to his tenure with the Bears, Warren held key positions with the Minnesota Vikings, St. Louis Rams, and Detroit Lions. With a solid educational background in Business Administration and Law, Warren’s academic achievements complement his practical experience, making him a respected figure in sports and business circles.
