2016 James Tyree Award recipient Sophie Evanoff, President and CEO of Vanille Patisserie, was recently featured as a guest on WGN-AM Wintrust Business Noon Hour discussing what's next for the Chicago-based French pastry shop business.

One of the exciting announcements Evanoff shared was Vanille's recent Business Catering Line launch. The patisserie is adding French-inspired catering lines designed for business events for lunch and breakfast. The Catering Menus include savory gourmet lunch boxes with fresh sandwiches, a side salad and a signature Vanille macaron.
