2016 James Tyree Award recipient Sophie Evanoff, President and CEO of Vanille Patisserie, was recently featured as a guest on WGN-AM Wintrust Business Noon Hour discussing what's next for the Chicago-based French pastry shop business.

The patisserie is adding French-inspired catering lines designed for business events for lunch and breakfast.
