According to the Illinois Department of Public Health, there will be an estimated 26,000 people diagnosed with cancer in Cook County in 2018. Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) is committed to helping people fight cancer in an increasingly convenient and effective care delivery model. Therefore, we are pleased to share that we opened our first Outpatient Care Center in the heart of Chicago in January.

The CTCA® Outpatient Care Center (formally the CyberKnife® Cancer Institute of Chicago), located in the Streeterville neighborhood at 160 E. Illinois St, Chicago, IL 60611, offers patients immediate access to advanced technologies, medical consultation and high quality integrative cancer care.

 Available Services:

  • General radiation oncology consultations and treatment options including CyberKnife® radiation therapy (the only center in Chicago to offer CyberKnife technology)
  • Chemotherapy infusion
  • Medical, gynecologic and surgical oncology consultation
  • Genetic testing
  • Supportive therapies to help patients combat side effects and enhance quality of life both during and after treatment

Chicago Location + CTCA Experience:

CTCA believes in a patient-centered approach to care. Physicians, nurses and medical staff develop treatment plans designed specifically to meet the needs of each patient, while addressing the cumulative needs of both patients and caregivers.  CTCA plans to add more services at the Outpatient Care Center in the future.

The downtown Chicago Outpatient Care Center was the first of three to open in the CTCA® Comprehensive Cancer Care Network. Two additional Arizona-based Centers, one in Phoenix and one in Scottsdale, opened in March and April respectively.
