2020 has been a year unlike any other. In addition to the COVID-19 pandemic and calls for racial justice, we have seen a rise in violence, crime, and the looting of many of our businesses that has led many to question the safety and long-term prospects of Chicago.
Superintendent David Brown will outline the city’s plan to address the surge in crime and violence as well as answer questions from attendees.
