Over the past several years, the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce has worked hard to build a strong relationship with Brazil, a country with a rapidly expanding market offering a variety of business and investment opportunities. Through efforts including inbound delegations, outbound delegations, speaker forums and cultural events, ties between Chicago and Brazil have solidified during that time.

The 2015 U.S. – Brazil Business Forum & Cultural Exchange, an educational and networking event focused on helping businesses tap into the expanding Brazlian market, will help to strengthen that relationship further. The event, which takes place September 22 at Baker & McKenzie, will allow attendees discover the tools needed to effectively do business with Brazilian companies through a Keynote Presentation, two panel discussions, and networking sessions throughout the program.

Professor Paulo Vicente dos Santos Alves of the Dom Cabral Foundation will deliver the Keynote Presentation, entitled “Brazil – Business Opportunities and Growth Barriers.” The event will also feature two panel discussions, where business and government experts will talk about today’s most relevant cross-border issues and opportunities in Brazil and the U.S.
