CEO and President Theresa E. Mintle testified today in support of redeveloping Chicago’s North Branch Corridor. Mintle addressed Commissioner Reifman and Plan Commission members to express support for the redevelopment plans that will support job growth, infrastructure investment, and economic development.
The North Branch Framework will open up zoning restrictions to position the area as an attractive investment for developers, will implement infrastructure projects and other improvements, as well as create publicly accessible open space for sports activities.
