What is the deadline to become an exhibitor?

What do I receive when I become an exhibitor?
Member exhibitors will receive one six-foot skirted table, two chairs, admission for two exhibitors, admission for four guests, one parking pass, and their company name listed on select promotional materials.
What should we do upon arrival?
Exhibitors will have access to the loading dock at Soldier Field starting at 9 a.m.
Large load-ins can use the loading dock.
The loading dock is located on the northeast corner of the stadium.
Small loads can use the North Garage and enter through Gate 38.
What can I expect during set-up at the event?
Exhibitors will have access to the loading dock at Soldier Field starting at 11 a.m.
Showcases must be set up by 2:45 p.m. – set-up will not be allowed after 3 p.m.
No materials can be sent to Soldier Field in advance.
Electricty access is available, but must be requested a week prior to the event.
All liquor must be served by a licensed Aramark bartender. No exceptions.
When are things happening throughout the day?
9 AM – 2:30 PM | Loading dock open for load-in; Exhibitor check-in; Exhibitor set-up
2:30 PM | Exhibitor set-up is complete; Registration opens & check-in for guests
3:00 PM – 3:45 PM | Networking Reception at Midway Club
3:45 PM – 5:00 PM | Keynote Presentation
5:45 PM – 6:45 PM | Speed Networking
5:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Exhibitor Showcase
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM | Exhibitor Clean-up
