On Wednesday, October 7 Chicago Deputy Mayor Steve Koch joined Chicagoland Chamber Board member Grant Thornton’s leadership team for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the newly-renamed Grant Thornton Tower at 171 N. Clark Street.

Grant Thornton, a $1.45-billion professional services firm that has been headquartered in Chicago for 91 years, relocated its office and nearly 700 employees from 175 W. Jackson.

The company's 137,000-square-foot lease in the 50-story tower includes naming rights.
