The Chamber continues to support efforts to enhance Chicago’s status as the nation’s transportation hub for rail, highways, and aviation.

• Advocate for a merit-based system for Rebuild Illinois capital project selection based on the needs and economic development impact for each community.
• Provide continuing and intensified business support to complete O’Hare 21, the Airport Modernization Program.
• Support policies that build on Chicago’s rail legacy through retention, expansion, and the development of industrial and distribution corridors.
