The Chamber supports regulatory and industry policies that drive innovation and technology, provide predictability and balance, and ensure competitive marketplaces for members in comparison to other states and regions. 

• Support extensions of regulatory acts for the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors.
• Oppose policies, such as price controls and unfunded mandates, that would make Illinois less competitive for the pharmaceutical and life science industries.
• Support policies that enable and provide an environment for technological, and telecommunications innovation and e-commerce.
• Encourage research and development and policies that drive innovation and growth for autonomous and electric vehicle use in Illinois.
