President and CEO of GMA Construction Group

As President of GMA Construction Group, Cornelius provides executive level oversight on matters related to business development, estimating, risk management, marketing, human capital management, finance, safety, quality assurance and quality control. Cornelius has extensive experience working in multiple forms of construction delivery systems including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM at Risk and Public Private Partnerships. Cornelius is directly responsible for construction operations across the company for both our public and private business units.

Ashley Koltun

Relationship Manager, Health and Benefits at Aon

Ashley is a relationship manager in Aon’s Chicago office. Her work focuses on developing strong relationships and connecting client needs and business strategy to Aon’s full suite of expertise and resources across all practice areas. Ashley consults on strategic human resources issues, represents Aon’s thought leadership, coordinates the overall delivery of services, and ensures client expectations are met. Prior to her role as Relationship Manager, Ashley joined Aon in 2015 as a Health & Benefits Consultant where she was responsible for executing clients’ overall health and welfare strategies.
