Women’s Health Matters: Expanding Your Joyspan
Women today are inundated with information about health and wellness—what to eat, buy, try, avoid, optimize, and fix. While awareness has increased, clarity has not. The result is often decision fatigue, burnout, and a growing sense that wellness has become another obligation rather than a source of joy.
Expanding Your Joyspan brings together leading experts, practitioners, and community builders to explore what actually supports women’s health, cutting through trends to focus on evidence-based innovation, sustainable practices, and whole-person wellbeing.
Through a keynote on burnout prevention and sustainable work practices, a multidisciplinary panel on women’s health longevity, and a guided meditation to close, this program invites women leaders to reconnect with joy as a vital component of health. The event concludes with a curated women’s wellness marketplace, offering credible resources and services that support wellbeing in practical, accessible ways.
