Navigating the New Normal: Return to Work Strategies for a Hybrid World
Hosted by the Chicagoland Chamber Technology Council
Due to the pandemic, businesses and employers had to quickly adapt to a new way of working. Remote work became the norm, and companies had to adjust to the challenges that came with it. Now emerging from the pandemic, companies are shifting their focus to returning employees to the workplace. This process has proved difficult for unique reasons, leaving employers to consider several factors before deciding on the best approach, including weighing business needs with employee satisfaction.
Join the Chicagoland Chamber’s Technology Council on June 14 for an important discussion on the changing dynamics of return to work and how it is impacting employers and employees. An expert panel will delve into the topic and provide insights on different approaches companies are taking to bring their employees back to the workplace.
The Chamber’s Technology Council supports the Chicagoland business community by facilitating education, connections, and other actions that enable businesses to better leverage technology to achieve their business goals. Council programming focuses on the emerging technologies (big data, AI/machine learning, IoT, 5G, etc.) that are disrupting traditional industries and how companies can prepare for and implement them to deliver key business outcomes.
