Supporting Your Employees’ Mental Health and Wellbeing

Presented by the Chicagoland Chamber Healthcare Council

In the wake of the ongoing pandemic, it’s no surprise that feelings of anxiety, depression, and burnout have increasingly affected employees. Employers have noticed and are progressively addressing employees’ mental health. While the uncertainty of the pandemic has made decision making more difficult, employers now have a tremendous opportunity to redefine employee wellbeing.

This National Recovery Month, please join the Chicagoland Chamber’s Healthcare Council for a candid discussion about what employers can do to support mental health in the workplace.
