Chief Financial Officer, Senneca Holdings
Eric is responsible for improving financial planning, reporting and performance, and driving back-office efficiencies and effectiveness at Senneca Holdings, a diversified management and holding company whose asset portfolio focuses on the specialty door industry. Eric has more than 20 years of experience in mid-market corporate leadership, financial reporting, operations management, business intelligence and M&A across a variety of industries. Before joining Senneca Holdings, Eric was the CFO of Champion Windows, a vertically integrated retailer, manufacturer, and installer of home exterior products. Eric also spent more than a decade at DSI, working as Interim CFO for multiple renowned businesses. He began his career with American Express Business Services. Eric has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kent State University and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Executive Director | Business Process Management, Nexdigm
Alpana heads the operation of the Business Process Management practice at Nexdigm and leads its clients’ finance and accounting (F&A) and contract lifecycle management processes. Alpana specializes in assessing and understanding client needs across cultures, geographies, and industries. She is also recognized for designing and implementing customized transition plans, handholding projects through hyper-care to steady-state, and guiding continuous improvement efforts. Alpana qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002; she is also a CPA from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy.

Rajiv has more than 20 years of front line and general management experience improving operational efficiency, bringing a technology focus to delivery and enhancing the client experience at Nexdigm. He has had multiple roles in his career, including service delivery and client management for captive share services where he led a team of more than 250 people. Rajiv has also driven program management and governance activities in supply chain management, business processes, and business intelligence. Rajiv holds a Stanford Innovation & Entrepreneurship Certificate from Stanford University. He has completed his Executive Management Program for Finance Professionals (MPF) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru and his Master’s in Business Administration from Calcutta University.

Marc leads Nexdigm’s business development efforts in North America, An accomplished business executive with more than 30 years of experience, Marc has held senior management roles in General Management, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. He has held leadership positions in the medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare supply and distribution industries with companies like Medline Industries, B. Braun USA, Omron, and American Hospital Supply. Marc holds an MBA from Indiana’s Kelley School of Business and a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida. Marc is based in Chicago and volunteers as a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs in early-stage enterprises through Point B (f/k/a Chicago Innovation Mentors) at MATTER.
