Susana Meza launched community engagement efforts in 2011 for Wintrust, which later spun off as the Community Impact Division at Wintrust. Under her direction, the division maximizes reporting mechanisms, helps internal departments and banks individual banks with best practices on partner engagement, giving and helps lay the groundwork for impact. Previously she served as vice president of marketing for Wintrust. She is a founding member of the Wintrust Community Impact Council and serves on the boards of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and chair of the International Business Council on the Illinois Chamber of Commerce board.
