Director, U.S. Industry Verticals, Women in Business Initiative at BMO Harris Bank
As Director of the BMO Harris U.S. Women in Business team for Business Banking, Vlatka Puljic develops industry leading programing, educational content and mentoring opportunities for women owned business across the bank’s U.S footprint. Working hand-in-hand with relationship managers and small business owners, Vlatka works with her team to provide guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals. For the past 15 years, she has been working with privately held companies to deliver innovative, industry-specific financing and cash management solutions to meet their diverse needs. Vlatka strongly believes in the advancement of women in business and entrepreneurship and has been serving the needs of this community at BMO Harris for over 9 years. She is passionate about connecting, activating, and elevating’s women’s entrepreneurship through knowledge transfer, meaningful networking and mentoring. Vlatka earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Elmhurst College and her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University. She currently resides in Chicago with her husband and three daughters.
Stacey Pitts Caldwell
Center Director – SBDC
Energized by her experience in business, marketing and development, Stacey comes to the Chamber with a passion for helping entrepreneurs and small business owners thrive. Through individual advising, programs and community outreach, Stacey works to elevate and bring awareness to the Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Stacey earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Management and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Benedictine University. She is a small business owner and always takes a creative approach to her endeavors, both personally and professionally.
