Matthew Barden serves as Managing Director and Team Leader for BMO Harris Bank’s Treasury & Payment Solutions national sales efforts. He oversees a team of cash and liquidity management consultants focused on advising corporate clients on optimizing their working capital and implementing more efficient payment processing solutions. He has been at BMO for the last 13 years, after starting his career at LaSalle Bank in Chicago.

Matt is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and an Indiana University graduate. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and leadership certificates from the University of Chicago and Cornell University.

He has served as an expert witness providing court testimony on valuation, plan feasibility, executive compensation, and other financial matters.

Charlotte is Director of the Colliers International Workplace Advisory Group, based in Chicago.  She is passionate about innovation, property technology, the ever changing work environment and inspiring companies to create places that better enable business and people. She advises clients across multiple industry groups, throughout the US and globally.

Charlotte originally trained as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in London, and was recently appointed to the Board for the RICS in the Americas.

Prior to Colliers, Charlotte was the Tenant Advisory Lead for Hubble, a property technology platform, where she advised companies going through rapid change. Her extensive commercial real estate knowledge stems from her time with Deloitte, a global consultancy, where she worked as a Senior Surveyor specializing in tenant representation and brokerage.
