The 2026 Chicagoland Chamber Golf Classic, presented by American Airlines, brought together business and civic leaders for what is known as the “Best Workday of the Year.” Held at The Glen Club on Tuesday, August 25, the event combined friendly competition with impactful networking and support for Chicago’s vibrant business community.
Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Jack Lavin opened the day by welcoming guests, highlighting the role of presenting sponsor American Airlines, and recognizing the many partners and sponsors who helped make the event possible, before sending 100+ eager golfers out onto the course.
Throughout the day, golfers participated in a variety of contests that added excitement to the course. Players competed in specialty challenges like the hole-in-one, closest-to-the-pin, and longest drive competitions, with prizes awarded to top performers. A thrilling highlight was the much-anticipated Helicopter Golf Ball Drop, sponsored by Ferrara, which gave participants the chance to win 200,000 American Airlines miles and 30,000 World of Hyatt points.
In addition to the on-course competition, hole sponsors elevated the experience with unique activations positioned throughout the course. Each sponsor created engaging setups featuring refreshments, giveaways, and opportunities to connect with fellow attendees.
The Chicagoland Chamber extends its sincere thanks to all sponsors and attendees who made the 2026 Golf Classic a success. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
