Community and Belonging Committee

Purpose and Mission

The Community and Belonging Committee serves as a collaborative advisory group focused on driving intentional inclusion, cultivating business practices rooted in belonging, and strengthening connections between the Chamber and the communities it serves. Through executive engagement, knowledge-sharing, and thought leadership, the committee empowers Chamber members to lead with empathy, act with purpose, and contribute to a more connected, people-centered business community.

Programming and Initiatives

• Knowledge-Sharing Meetings: Confidential forums for senior leaders to engage in guided, structured conversations about inclusive leadership, community impact, and business responsibility
• Panel Discussions & Trainings: Collaborative programs focused on practical topics, from brand values and workforce engagement to accessibility and innovation
• Strategic Partnerships: Opportunities to collaborate with other Chamber councils, community organizations, and academic institutions to deepen cross-sector impact
