On February 3rd, John Yonan, Superintendent of
the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways, joined the
Chicagoland Chamber’s Council on Logistics and Transportation for a roundtable
discussion. 

Yonan provided updates on the “Connecting Cook County Long Range Transportation Plan, and the recent
announcement by the Department of Transportation and Highways of a $8.5
million program called Invest in Cook, which is designed to solicit
applications for improvements consistent with the priorities of
“Connecting Cook County.”
