On Monday, July 24, Michael L. Reever, acting president & CEO of the Chicagoland Chamber, testified in support of Mayor Emanuel’s North Branch Corridor Framework and Implementation Plan. This new framework will spur economic development, create jobs, and invigorate our tax base by re-imagining the outdated planned manufacturing district that currently exists.
