New Equal Pay Requirements for Illinois Employers
PRESENTED BY THE CHICAGOLAND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Last week, the Chicagoland Chamber hosted a panel of employment law attorneys to discuss changes to the Illinois Equal Pay Act and how businesses can prepare for the new reporting requirements. State law now requires private businesses with over 100 Illinois employees to obtain an Equal Pay Registration Certificate (EPRC) by providing certain pay, demographic, and other data to the Illinois Department of Labor.
