When and where is the 30th Annual Burnham Award Dinner?

The 30th Annual Burnham Award Dinner will take place on Tuesday, November 16, at the Hilton Downtown Chicago (720 S. Michigan Avenue).

What time does the event start and end?

The reception begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner. The event will conclude at 8:00 p.m.

Do I need a ticket to attend the 30th Annual Burnham Award Dinner?

Yes, registration must be completed in advance to attend. Space is limited.

What are the COVID-19 requirements to attend?

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements: The Chamber will enforce strict vaccination and testing policies for this event. Vaccinated individuals must provide proof of vaccination (vaccination card or a photo of it on your phone) for review at the door. Unvaccinated individuals must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within the last 48 hours.

COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk: By voluntarily attending an in-person event sponsored by the Chamber, you agree to comply with all rules imposed by the CDC, federal, state, and local governments, the rules required at the premises of the event, if any, and the rules of the Chamber, regarding conduct at the event related to COVID-19, and to conduct yourself in a reasonable and safe manner, in accordance with guidance from public health authorities. Where will I be sitting?

Guests will check in at registration and receive their table number before entering the Grand Ballroom. Staff will also be available to assist at the end of the reception.

How many people will be at my table?

There will be no more than 8 people per table.

Is coat check available?

Yes, complimentary coat check will be available on-site, outside of the Grand Ballroom.

Is parking/valet available?

Self-parking is available on Wabash Avenue and includes a short walk to the venue. Valet parking is available at the 8th Street entrance only (the entrance on Balbo Drive is currently closed due to construction) for $44.

What should I bring with me?
