From the President’s Desk: We Need Your Valuable Feedback – 2016 Member Survey Launch

I mean it when I say that our members, as a group, are the single greatest asset we have as a Chamber. We exist to serve our members, and by extension, the broader business community of the Chicagoland area.

And how do we determine how to best serve our members? That’s easy – we ask them.

We are launching our third annual Member Survey next week, and we hope to achieve our highest level of member participation yet. The feedback you provide through this survey is invaluable; the most successful programs and initiatives we have conducted over the past two years are the direct result of the data gathered through our previous two member surveys.

The results paint a clear picture of how you feel about the region’s economy; what you need to be successful; and the areas to which you need us to shift focus. Completing the survey takes only a few minutes out of your day, but its impact in providing us direction as an organization is immeasurable.

Please give it some thought in the coming days, and when the survey hits your inbox next week, tell us what we can do to help you grow your business, expand your network, and get the most out of your Chamber membership.
