From the President’s Desk: Featured Members – Spotlighting Your Stories

Chamber member companies are making an impact in their communities, creating jobs in their neighborhoods, and advocating for issues that are important to the well-being of our region.

We believe these stories need to be told, which is why we have created a platform that allows our members to share their good news, showcase their accomplishments, and offer thought leadership on important issues facing our region’s business community.

Today we launched our new Featured Members program, a dedicated section of our website featuring member-focused content. As part of the program, we work with our members to create content pieces to drive exposure for their business:

  • Executive Insights: High level Q&A interviews with executives from Chamber member companies
  • Policy Voices: Thought leadership pieces by Chamber members on timely and relevant public policy issues
  • Success Showcase: Major success stories and achievements featuring Chamber members
  • Member News: Chamber members making headlines in Chicagoland’s business community

For our first Executive Insights interview, we have a conversation with Jacques Panis, President of Shinola, who is featured on our Social Impact Strong keynote panel at The Exchange 2016. Click here to learn how Jacques is leading a rapidly growing company making a major impact in its community.

David Ritter, Partner at Barnes & Thornburg and Co-Chair of the Chamber’s Employment Law Forum, tackles the timely and critical issue of changes in overtime compensation in our first Policy Voices piece. Click here to read the article.
