Jim Anfield, Principal, Aptitive
Jim Anfield is a Principal at Aptitive, a Chicago-based data and analytics consulting firm where he is focused on building out the firm’s healthcare practice. Prior, he worked at several healthcare startups out of MATTER-Chicago as CTO and/or CFO in the areas of patient safety, SDOH, telehealth, HIPAA compliance, patient engagement, and other health information/data new ventures. Jim also worked for KPMG in their CIO Advisory Practice in the healthcare vertical. Included in his background, he spent eight years at Health Care Service Corporation (Blue Cross Blue Shield) leading new ventures, product development, and strategic partnerships.
Andrew Dubowec, Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, League Inc.
Andrew is Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development and a member of the executive team at League where he focuses on driving growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Before League, Andrew’s experience has been at the intersection of software, technology, and healthcare. He was previously part of the leadership team at North, a high-technology company backed by Intel, Spark Capital, and Amazon. He also worked in business strategy & operations at Google and was a Senior Manager at Monitor Group (now part of Deloitte) where he advised Fortune 500 companies on strategy, corporate development & growth.
Mary Finley, Vice President of Human Resources, Advanced Group
Mary leads Advanced Group’s Human Resources function, serving over 400 internal employees and 1,500+ talent. She brings progressive experience in conceptualizing and implementing global human resources projects and programs, with a focus on human capital management, recruitment, development and retention of talent. Mary holds the SPHR and PMP certifications, a master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington. She will be a great asset for the selected topic for our event as Advanced Group continues to build a strong benefits, engagement and wellness programs.
Tom Sondergeld, Vice President of Global HRIS, Benefits & Mobility, Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA)
Tom Sondergeld is currently the Vice President of Global HRIS, Benefits & Mobility for Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA). Tom has directed employee benefits for over 20 years. He has spoken at many local and national events on topics ranging from benefit plan design, wellness integration, and on-site health centers. Tom holds a Bachelor in Psychology and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. He is currently the acting Chair for the Midwest Business Group on Health.
