About Southwest Airlines
Southwest is the United States' most successful low-fare, high frequency, point-to-point carrier. Southwest operates more than 3,200 flights a day coast-to-coast.
It should go without saying that corporations want and need to make money. Profits provide job security for Employees, growth for current and new Customers, and returns for investors. Southwest Airlines needs to make a profit so that our Employees can prosper, and so you can have frequent flights at low fares.
However, I’m firmly convinced that there is a right way to be profitable, and it involves good citizenship on the part of a Company and its Employees. In fact, I’ll go one step further and say that true, sustained, year-over-year profits are only attainable if a Company is a good citizen.

About (R)evolution Architecture
(r)evolution architecture is an architectural design practice that exists at the amalgamation of our namesake… evolution + revolution.
(r)evolution architecture delivers a both/and proposition through a methodical and collaborative design process, which blends client needs with insight, ideas, and instinct to create informed, sustainable, and high performing solutions. We expand on the “What if…” scenarios which inform the design beyond the physical building, and take into account the various factors influential to the work, including: environmental, social, economic, political and cultural. The many drawings, physical and digital models produced throughout this process are inclusive of tested methodologies, the discourse derived from project and user needs, as well as the envisioned immediate and long-term human experience. We aspire to provoke thought or emotion, excitement or introspection though our work.
Our expertise spans over 20 years of award-winning, built-work across the following project types: education, recreation/wellness, healthcare, cultural, civic and residential. Through national and international competitions, we develop and test new ideas…explore and push boundaries. As a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois in Chicago, founder and principal Christopher Frye engages with cross-industry leaders, research, and student insights and experiences…all of which feed back into the practice.
As we maintain a natural inquisitiveness and constant questioning of why, how and what is being created and communicated, we seek opportunities and unexpected outcomes…continually expanding into new typologies, domains, and contexts.
