Sales and Marketing, Small Business

Email, Social, Mobile, SEO, SEM, PPC, SOS! The explosion of opportunities to reach consumers through digital channels can be overwhelming for small business owners. To make sense of all the options, it's critical to establish your business' digital baseline - establishing what you KNOW (customer, financials, visitors) and what you HAVE (assets, resources and infrastructure). Avi Levine, Executive Director of the Digital Professional Institute, will guide you through this process and explain how this sets the foundation for effectively prioritizing your digital marketing and social media efforts.

Attendees will learn about the digital marketing conversion process and how it relates to the new digital ecosystem; how to establish a baseline of resources in order to effectively plan for a digital campaign; and understand how to prioritize efforts across digital channels such as search engines and social media.
